How We Operate
We deploy certified field technicians across the US so carriers can scale without the headache.
One Call, Crews Deployed
No vendor shopping, no back-and-forth. Contact VectorCrew with your market, your scope, and your start date — and we move. Our dispatch process is built for speed. We identify available certified technicians in your area, confirm availability, and get them briefed on your project specs before day one. Whether you need 2 techs or 10, we scale to match your volume without sacrificing quality.

Zero SLA Misses
We don't just promise deadlines — we build systems around them. Every technician is tracked from start of day to job completion. If something is falling behind, you hear it from us first — not from your customer. We provide biweekly KPI reports, flagged issues, and real-time field updates so your NOC and project managers always know exactly what's happening on the ground.
From the terminal to the door —
we handle it all.
.01
Drop to Door
We pull fiber drops from the terminal directly to the home — aerial spans pole to pole or buried through existing conduit. Our crews handle service loops and proper routing to carrier specs. Every drop is tested before we move to the next address.
.02
Full Install, Zero Callbacks
NID box mounted, ONT installed and provisioned, router configured, mesh extended. Every device is tested for signal, speed, and connectivity before the technician leaves the property. If it's not working, we don't leave.
.03
Go Live. Scale Fast
We handle the full activation so you can focus on growth. More markets, same quality, no bottlenecks.
Numbers that speak for themselves.
Our metrics reflect what prime contractors and ISPs actually care about — clean installs, low repeat rates, and customers who don't call back with complaints.
Order Completion Rate
97% of assigned orders completed on the first visit. The remaining 3% are customer no-shows — not workmanship issues.
Repeat Rate
Includes both SO (1.4%) and TT (1.6%) repeat events within a 14‑day window. We invest in customer education on every install so customers don't need to call back.
14-Day Tech Guarantee
Every customer gets the tech's direct contact card. Issues after install? We come back within 36 hours — reducing truck rolls and protecting your CSAT scores.

No Shortcuts. Ever.
At VectorCrew, safety isn't a checklist. It's a mindset. Every technician arrives on site with full PPE and a clear understanding of job hazards before the first tool comes out. We train our crews to recognize risk, not just follow rules. Because the goal isn't just a completed job. It's everyone going home safe at the end of the day.
That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every site, every market, every time.

Frequently Asked Questions.
Simple answers to what carriers, contractors, and technicians ask most.
What states do you currently operate in?
VectorCrew is currently based in Indiana, with active coverage across Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, and Wisconsin. We're growing fast — contact us with your market and we'll confirm availability.
Are your technicians insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every technician in our network is background-checked and carries the required insurance before stepping on any job site.
How quickly can you deploy crews?
Once we receive your project details, we can typically have verified crews briefed and ready within 24 to 48 hours.
Can your crews follow our standards?
Absolutely. Every new project starts with proper onboarding to your SOW, your specs, and your quality expectations.
What type of work is available?
FTTH drops, ONT installs, NID box mounting, router setup, and customer activations — aerial and buried.
What kind of technicians are you looking for?
We look for technicians who are professional, reliable, and customer-focused. You'll be working directly in people's homes — communication and attitude matter just as much as technical skill. If you take pride in your work and handle pressure well, you'll fit right in.
How and when do I get paid?
We pay on a 1099 basis. Like most telecom contractors, payment is processed on a net-21 cycle after job completion and approval.
Do I need my own tools and vehicle?
Yes. You must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools. Specialized equipment requirements vary by project.
